Tonyc Recipe Idea

MEZCAL TONYC

2 oz. Del Maguey "Vida" Mezcal

.75 oz TONYC

.25 oz. rich simple syrup

3 oz Sparkling Water

Combine mezcal, TONYC and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Add ice, and top with sparkling water. Stir briefly with spoon. Take an orange peel, express oils over cocktail and add peel into glass.
